From childhood weekends spent hidden in the back of a van to finding comfort in Friday routines, markets have quietly followed me through life. This post isn’t really about one market, it’s about all the ones that have stuck with me.
I didn’t know anyone when I moved to Shrewsbury. I just wanted to find somewhere that made creative sense. Turns out, I found a proper little hub of good people and good energy.

Moving to Shrewsbury was a big change, made even harder by the loss of my best friend, Cho. Navigating grief, loneliness, and my own mental health struggles has been tough, but this blog is my way of processing it all.
